1.5 M-iD – Managing information
and documents
M-iD is a monthly magazine published and
distributed by Infoconomy in partnership with AIIM Europe. The market
leader since day one, M-iD is focused on the
needs of individuals responsible for the capture, storage and preservation,
management, processing and delivery of information and documents. M-iD is
user-focused and provides independent, in-depth, 'how to' editorial – content
that is professionally and independently researched, written and edited.
Every issue features practical articles
of prime importance to information managers, including Freedom of Information,
Electronic Social Care Records (ESCR), document preservation and e-invoicing.
Most include independently written case studies, examining how users
have tackled particular challenges. Best practice articles provide
advice and guidance on a wide range of operational matters, such as
efficient backfiling, better fax management and taxonomy development.
Every month, M-iD also
includes a Buyer's Guide, covering such technology areas as enterprise
content management software, e-learning systems and data quality
tools. Every Buyer's Guide also contains a comprehensive listing of
vendor profiles. Produced by an experienced team of knowledgeable journalists,
M-iD's
mission is to both inform and inspire. Its writers understand the
business challenges of its readers and, as a result, M-iD enjoys
the biggest and most relevant readership of any title in the sector.
